90 Day Change of Life ~ Members Needed
Every year so many people make a New Year’s Resolution to lose
weight or get healthy. The goals are sit in high gear in January by
joining gyms, cutting out carbs, fats, and sugars. By March, the
thrill is gone, right?
So, I’ve decided to lead a group of
determined, motivated, and self-disciplined people who would
like to be a part of a supportive team.
The reason I am leading this challenge is because losing
weight is hard on your own. If we can come together and provide
support and inspiration to others to achieve their goals,
it may not be as hard.
Not everyone’s goal may be to lose weight, it may be to just
make healthier choices, that’s fine.
Our ultimate goal is to make everyone healthier by the end of the
90 days.
Weight loss encompasses numerous challenges. It’s not always simply
a matter of moving more and eating less. This is a cliché, but it’s
really about changing your lifestyle and it’s not going to happen
over night. I would first suggest trying to see results with
behavior changes before you even start looking at the scale.
To achieve your ultimate goals you will want to gradually work at
changing your lifestyle habits instead of just trying to stop all
the things you love to eat cold turkey.
We also know that other people make resolutions to make more
MONEY!!! With the economy the way it is, any additional amount
of money is helpful. So we are also doing giveaways every 90
days which will also help to steer motivation in the right way.
